IRCTC Online Booking

You can book Indian railways tickets using official website of IRCTC Online Booking www.irctc.co.in. You need to register yourself in this website and using credit or debit card, you can book your railway ticket online.

Currenlty IRCTC is offering two types of online railway tickets namely I-tickets and E-tickets. E-tickets appear online after booking and you need to take a printout and present towards journey with valid identity card while I-tickets are sent to the address provided in the online form.

So if you are applying for I-tickets, then you need to fill complete address of your home.
